Laura Evers

Laura Evers has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HRBP at Airbus since August 2022. Previously, from June 2014 to August 2022, Laura held the position of Human Resources Business Partner & Responsable Diversité at Satys, where responsibilities included managing seven industrial sites and ensuring employee satisfaction and effective client relations. Laura's chief missions encompassed the implementation and improvement of HR processes, operational support for managers and employees, and fostering positive social dialogue. Prior to this, Laura served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Airbus from January 2012 to May 2014, where the focus was on multi-site HR policy deployment and employee integration in a multicultural team. Academically, Laura holds a Master’s degree in Management and Development of Human Resources from IGS-RH and a Bachelor’s degree in International Management from KEDGE Business School.
