Moritz Bock

Moritz Bock is currently the Head of Lean Management/Operating System at the Plant Hamburg, having developed extensive expertise in lean manufacturing throughout their career. After studying Production Management, Moritz spent a year abroad in Scotland, which sparked a profound appreciation for diverse cultures. They began their professional journey as a Lean Specialist at Hawker Pacific Aerospace, later advancing to roles at Lufthansa Technik and Airbus, where Moritz led significant lean implementation projects and achieved Airbus's expected Lean Maturity across various programs. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Abertay Dundee, Moritz continues to demonstrate their commitment to fostering positive team dynamics and organizational success.
