Pascal Rera is currently the Team Leader of HCM Core Digital at Airbus, a position held since 2018. Previously, they worked as a Consultant in SAP HR at NorthgateArinso and Logica from 2001 to 2012, as well as serving as an SAP IS Expert at EADS from 2012 to 2016. Pascal also took on the role of IS Project Leader at Airbus Group between 2016 and 2018. They earned an engineering degree in Process Engineering from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne, following earlier studies in Physics at Université Marseille Provence.
