Peer Rüffer

Peer Rüffer is an experienced SA Program Manager at Airbus, having previously held roles as A330 Quality Manager and Wide Body Quality Manager. They began their career as a Dualer Student at Airbus Group, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Composite Engineering and completed a shop floor apprenticeship as a composite specialist. Rüffer also completed an internship at Airbus Safran Launchers, focusing on the mass optimization of composite cryotanks. They furthered their education with a Master of Science in Strategy, Change, and Leadership from the University of Bristol.
