UAS / UAM Traffic Management

Rob Eagles, FRAeS, has a diverse background in aviation and technology, with experience spanning various prestigious organizations. They served as Assistant Director of Infrastructure Technology at IATA from 2005 to 2007 and later held roles including Senior Vice President (a.i.) for Safety and Flight Operations in 2015 and Regional Director for Asia Pacific Safety, Operations, and Infrastructure from 2007 to 2009. As Head of Aviation at Loon from 2018 to 2019, Rob contributed to innovative projects within the tech space. Currently, they work at Airbus in UAS/UAM Traffic Management and are pursuing multiple degrees at MIT Sloan School of Management and other institutions, focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Air Transport Management. Their early career included roles as an Air Traffic Controller at Eurocontrol and a RAF Officer.
