Rouven Kott

Rouven Kott is a Dr.-Ing. and currently serves as the Head of 'M&P Laboratories' at Airbus Engineering, specializing in Materials & Processes and Testing. They previously held multiple key positions at Airbus from 2017 to 2021, including Head of Integrated Lab and Coordinator for Future Technologies, where they led various improvement projects and feasibility studies. Prior to their tenure at Airbus, Rouven was a Research Assistant and Team Leader for Machining Technologies at Technische Universität Berlin from 2000 to 2006, focusing on project acquisition and student mentorship. Rouven holds a Dr.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin and has also participated in prestigious exchange and project programs at the University of Waterloo and the University of Toronto.
