Stephan Bednar

Stephan Bednar is a Senior Program Manager for A220 Fleet Efficiency Structures at Airbus, where they are currently responsible for ramp-up readiness for the Mirabel and Mobile Final Assembly Lines. Previously, they served as a Site Lead at Liebherr Aerospace, ensuring quality and operational deliverables, and as a Supplier Performance Specialist for the CSeries, where they focused on improving supplier quality and delivery. Stephan has also held positions at Bombardier, including managing advanced logistics and coordinating project transfers, and worked as a Master Scheduler at Safran. They are pursuing dual bachelor's degrees in mathematical economics from Université Laval.
