Tom Shearn

Tom Shearn is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Head of Solutions Account and Program Management at Airbus since October 2013, where responsibilities include managing the development and implementation of integrated customer solutions. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at Airbus, including Head of Solution Design and Delivery and Business Development Director for Integrated Solutions in Japan. Earlier experience at Astrium involved serving as a Propulsion Systems Architect and Engineer, focusing on next-generation telecommunications satellite propulsion systems. Tom has also participated in initiatives at EADS, such as the GenY Reflections Initiative and the PROGRESS training program. Earlier internships at Siemens Healthcare and Oval Concepts provided extensive experience in design and validation projects. Tom holds a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Cambridge and a Japanese Language Proficiency Test certification from Japan University of Economics.
