Xiaolan Deng

Xiaolan Deng is a Senior R&D Manager at Cassidian Finland Oy, Airbus Defence & Space, where they have worked since 2005. Previously, they held several roles at Nokia from 2002 to 2005, including Competence Manager and SW Team Leader. Xiaolan began their career as an Electrical Engineer at 长江水利委员会 from 1982 to 1989 and later served as a Research Scientist at Helsinki University of Technology from 1994 to 1996. They earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Aalborg University from 1989 to 1994 and a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) from Huazhong University of Science and Technology from 1978 to 1982.
