Joel M. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and management within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Senior BD Manager for Global Military Programs at Airbus US Space & Defense, Inc., Joel has previously held significant roles including Chief Operating Officer at Revv Aviation and General Manager / CEO at Redstone Technologies. Past experience includes program and operations management at Flight Test Aerospace, Raytheon, and Vinnell Arabia, where Joel led various initiatives, including the training of Afghan Air Force pilots and operational support for the Ministry of the National Guard. Joel holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an MBA from University of Phoenix, along with advanced military education from Command and General Staff College.
