Andreï Sochala has a diverse work experience. Andreï started their career as a Strategic Business Analyst at BNP Paribas in 2013 for a brief period. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Financial Analyst at BNP Paribas before joining Genius Sports as a Sales Data Analyst in 2016. In the same year, Andreï also co-founded and served as the CEO of OPEN for a year. Andreï then joined Aircall in 2016 as a Business Developer and steadily climbed the ranks, taking on roles such as Head of Sales - UK & APAC, Director of Sales - NEMEA & APAC, and Senior Director of Sales - NEMEA & APAC. In 2021, they became the VP of Sales Global at Aircall. Andreï Sochala is also slated to become a Board Member at bsport solution starting in 2023.

Andreï Sochala completed their Master of Science in Management (Grande Ecole) degree in Strategy, Finance & Entrepreneurship from ESSEC Business School during the period of 2012 to 2015. In 2016, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The University of Edinburgh's Business School, with specializations in Entrepreneurship and Strategy. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, they attended Lycée Henri IV, where they completed a Classe préparatoire aux Grandes Ecoles program, focusing on advanced mathematics, geopolitics, and philosophy.
