Benoit Bourdin

Benoit Bourdin currently serves as the Product Owner for infrastructure, reliability, and security at Aircall since January 2023, focusing on team priorities, developer experience, and customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Benoit held multiple roles at DXC Technology from July 2008 to January 2023, including Product Owner of the Agile/DevOps central platform, where Benoit managed a platform with 28,000 active users and delivered enhanced IT services to over 900 clients. As an Agile/DevOps Transformation Lead, Benoit coached 200,000+ employees in Agile and DevOps practices. Benoit's experience also includes roles as a middleware Product Owner and subject matter expert, as well as administration and development positions at various companies, beginning with a Linux Administrator at Ounet Sistemi in 2006. Benoit holds a Master's degree in Networks and Telecom from Paris-Sud University and has substantial expertise in both middleware and security development.
