Josh McCarthy

Josh McCarthy is a seasoned professional in business development and digital transformation, currently serving as Team Lead for BDR & SDR in the APAC region at Aircall since March 2024. Prior to this, Josh led business development efforts at Seismic from July 2021 to March 2024, focusing on enhancing organizational efficiency and buyer engagement through innovative marketing solutions. Previous experience includes a role as New Business Consultant at Unifii, where the emphasis was on designing effective digital business processes, and a brief internship with the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles. Josh holds a Bachelor of Business Management with a specialization in Sports Management from the International College of Management Sydney (ICMS).
