Philippe Lima

Philippe Lima serves as the Global Director of Implementation & Key Account Management at Aircall since February 2018, overseeing a global team to enhance customer onboarding and retention across various regions, including EMEA, North America, APAC, and LATAM. Previous positions at Aircall include Head of Customer Success for South Europe and Head of Customer Success for France, where responsibilities included managing teams of Customer Success Managers, improving net retention for a significant client portfolio, and driving solution adoption across diverse industries. Prior to Aircall, Philippe was a Consultant at Oresys, specializing in information system directives and project management, and held a Business Developer role at GlammFire, where engagement with international clients was key. Philippe holds a Master's degree from EDHEC Business School and completed the International Summer University Program in International Economics and Marketing at Copenhagen Business School.
