Tom Chen

Tom Chen currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at Aircall since December 2023. Previously, Tom held the position of Head of Product on the executive team at Humu, a Perceptyx Company, where leadership involved integrating behavioral science into software to enhance enterprise organizations' workforce outcomes. Tom's experience also includes roles as Group Product Manager for Retailer Tooling at Instacart, where the focus was on optimizing digital storefront management for retailers, and as Group Product Manager for Lyft Business, enabling businesses to provide transportation services. Earlier career highlights include leading a team at Amazon Web Services as Lead Product Manager, developing cost management products; managing product development at Deloitte; and serving as a founding software engineer for SEMOSS. Tom holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
