Tom Forter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and partnership management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at Aircall, a leading cloud-based call center solution. Previously, as the Manager of Telecom Partnerships, Tom oversaw strategic collaborations with a major telecom provider and managed the entire sales journey for white-labeled customers. Tom began a career in leadership and educational program administration at Sigma Chi Fraternity, later ascending to Associate Director of Education and Leadership Programs, followed by a successful tenure as Associate Director of Alumni Engagement. Earlier roles include Director of Affiliated Student Issues at UC San Diego and IFC President, where Tom significantly contributed to student organizations and Greek Life. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in International Relations and Business from UC San Diego.
