Michael T. has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2010 as an Associate Consultant at Stratsec. In 2011, they held an Intern - Business Analyst role at Solar-Gem, where they developed marketing and sales strategies, tools and researched microfinance, carbon modelling and sustainability. Michael also identified a common and addressable issue following aftermath of the natural disasters in QLD, NZ, and Japan and proposed a solution to improve relief and security efforts in affected regions. Additionally, they held Analyst and Technical Data Analyst (Contract) roles at ASX. In 2014, they were a Project Manager & Data Scientist at Analytics-Driven Proprietary Trading. In 2016, they were a Product Specialist at Iress. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Trader at a Fintech Company and an Advisory Board Member. Michael then held a Chief Product Officer role at Clever (formerly Aircrex) from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are the ESG Digital Assets Lead at Lygon.
