Eric is a capital markets lawyer with a strong entrepreneurial background and hands-on business experience. Eric is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets and Venture Finance Groups. His practice focuses on venture capital (venture debt and private equity), domestic and cross-border M&A and financing, asset and share transactions, corporate restructuring, advising start-ups/emerging growth companies and general corporate and commercial matters. Eric’s clients range from emerging growth companies to mature corporations (domestic and international) in the construction, distribution, land development, technology, tobacco and manufacturing sectors.
