Vedran Simkic

As a litigator, Vedran’s character is distinguished by his ability to interact with and relate to his clients, opposing counsel and judges. His negotiation skills are strong, and he brings perspective to emotionally-charged situations by seeing both sides of the story. Vedran is dedicated to client satisfaction and is known for his responsiveness. Organized and diligent, he makes certain that all matters are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Vedran is a member of the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group, practising corporate and commercial litigation, including commercial leasing matters, construction law, labour and employment law, quasi-criminal regulatory matters, financial services litigation and residential tenancy matters.

He regularly attends the Superior Court of Justice (including the Commercial List), Divisional Court, Court of Appeal for Ontario, Small Claims Court, as well as the Landlord and Tenant Board and a number of other Tribunals.
