Anna Westcot, SPHR, is a seasoned professional in People Operations with extensive experience in strategic human resources management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of People Operations at AirDNA since September 2021, Anna leads an international team to establish and enforce compliant policies while aligning talent management goals with organizational performance objectives. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Hannover Re and Senior Human Resources Generalist at National Jewish Health, where Anna contributed to the development and implementation of HR practices in the reinsurance and medical research sectors, respectively. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from Colorado State University.
