Airedale Property Trust (APT) has been the kaitiaki (guardian) of the property assets of the Methodist Mission Northern (MMN), part of the Methodist Church of New Zealand since 2009. We bring a focus on creating positive social outcomes, a long-term view, and dedication to creating quality environments across our $400m of property under management and development pipeline of $350m.
