They served as Chief Legal and Risk Officer at GSE Systems from 2016 to 2023 and currently hold the same title at Aireon LLC, where they oversee all legal, governance, and risk matters. Pugh has held multiple roles in esteemed organizations, including General Counsel at ANCILE Solutions, and Senior Attorney at Arbitron Inc. They earned an SB in Political Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with an MBA and JD from the University of Maryland.
