Lance Allen

Lance Allen is an experienced professional in the relocation and mobility industry, currently serving as General Manager for the Western Region at Aires since March 2019. Prior to this role, Lance held multiple leadership positions at Santa Fe Relocation from January 1997 to January 2019, including Managing Director for North Asia, overseeing business operations and ensuring high levels of customer service across several countries. Earlier experience includes being a Business Unit Manager at North American Van Lines and serving as Director of the Western Zone & Pacific Rim for Mayflower Transit/Central Moving Systems. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington and an MBA from the University of Indianapolis.
