Darren Dobb

Darren Dobb has extensive experience in the retail sector, with a long tenure at BrightHouse since October 2001, where roles have included Commercial Development Manager—Administration, HR Business Partner, Regional Manager, and Store Manager. In the current position, Dobb oversees a nationwide change management program, notably contributing to the Covid-19 Retail & Recovery Strategy and adapting operational models to meet changing customer needs.
