John Cleave

John Cleave has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. John started their career at Black & Decker in 2004, where they participated in the Black & Decker Leadership Programme. John then progressed to become an EMEA Product Manager and later an EMEA Senior Product Manager for Professional Power Tools.

In 2011, John joined Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where they held various roles. John initially served as the EANZ Group Product Manager before transitioning to become the Europe Supply Planning Director. Later, they took on the role of EANZ Product Marketing Director for Professional Power Tools and subsequently became the EMEA ANZ Product Director for Automotive & Industrial Solutions.

Currently, John is working at Airflow Developments Ltd as the Head of Product & Procurement. With their extensive experience in product development, procurement, and marketing, they bring valuable expertise to their role.

John Cleave has a Master of Engineering - MEng degree in Mechanical Engineering with Study in Continental Europe from the University of Bristol, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. John also has an Executive MBA degree from Stockholm University, completed from 2002 to 2003.
