Michael's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Leibniz Universität Hannover and Master's degrees from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Leibniz Universität Hannover, along with a Diplom-Ingenieur in Aerospace Engineering.
