Tony Yip

Tony Yip has extensive experience in IT operations and management. Tony started their career at lululemon athletica as a Senior Systems Administrator, where they performed network administration tasks, managed server systems, and provided maintenance and support for various hardware. Tony then moved on to work at STEMCELL Technologies as a Senior Systems Administrator, where they coordinated and managed IT infrastructure projects and provided technical recommendations and analysis. Tony's most recent position was at airG Inc., where they held the role of Manager of IT Operations and later Director of IT Operations. In these roles, they managed cross-functional teams, developed support services and reporting solutions, and implemented call center operation strategies. Tony also oversaw the monitoring and uptime of airG's production and staging sites, prepared budgets, and designed disaster recovery policies.

Tony Yip received a BeD degree in Geography from The University of British Columbia in the years 1994 to 1999. Tony also obtained an Associate Certificate in IT Project Management from McMaster University. In addition, Tony earned a VCP certification from VMware Inc.
