Fallon Clark

Fallon Clark is an experienced professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and organizational leadership. As the Founder and Executive Director of Noogavision Theatre and Performing Arts Co. since November 2022, Fallon leads a creative arts organization. Previously, Fallon worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Airgas since February 2022 and held roles as a Corporate Recruiter at Covenant Transport Services and Mesilla Valley Transportation from August 2019 to February 2022 and February 2018 to August 2019, respectively. Earlier experience includes serving as a Recruiting Research Coordinator at Schumacher Clinical Partners from January 2015 to January 2018. Fallon holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management, both from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
