Michael Dailey

Michael Dailey is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Airgas since June 2021. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Vice President and General Counsel at Air Liquide from January 2013 to June 2021, and was also General Counsel for E&C Americas during that time. Michael's legal career includes a role as Counsel in the Global Projects Organization at BP from May 2011 to December 2012, as well as serving as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from March 2004 to May 2011. Earlier experience includes a position as Project Controls Lead at Honeywell from June 1998 to May 2003. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center.
