Aga Kaim

Aga Kaim is a Senior UX Researcher at AirHelp, where responsibilities include developing UX research practices, introducing ResearchOps processes, and leading qualitative and quantitative research projects across various teams. With a history of roles such as UX Researcher at HomeToGo and Masterplan.com, as well as freelance work in digital agencies, Aga possesses extensive experience in user research methodologies and team mentoring. Additionally, Aga serves as a UXR Mentor for adplist.org and has a background in social innovation through various leadership roles. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Gdansk and participation in the Experience Design summer school at the University of the Arts London.
