Eric Napoli

Eric Napoli has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Eric currently holds the position of VP Legal Strategy at AirHelp starting from May 2022. Prior to that, Eric served as an Associate Professor at Headspring, by Financial Times & IE Business School starting in September 2016. In 2019, they joined IE Business School as an Associate Professor. From 2010 to 2022, Eric worked at Amadeus IT Group, where they held multiple positions including Senior Counsel and Legal Head of Airport IT, Rail and Innovation. Before joining Amadeus, Eric worked as a Consultant for their own business venture and as a Legal Counsel & International Marketing Coordinator at FON. Eric also had roles at Instituto de Empresa as a Managing Director, International MBA/Professor, Legal Studies, at Hopp & Associates as an Associate, and at USAID, Environmental Law Program as a Project Attorney. Eric started their career as an Editor and Assistant to the Editor at The Center for Democracy.

Eric Napoli holds a Juris Doctorate degree in Law from the American University Washington College of Law, which they obtained from 1995 to 1998. Eric also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from IE Business School, from 2000 to 2001. Eric Napoli completed their undergraduate studies at American University, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Philosophy from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained certifications such as the Cycle I, Certified Executive Coaching Program from Escuela Europea de Coaching in April 2022. Eric Napoli is licensed to practice law in both New York and Washington, DC.
