Lon

Lon is currently the Director of Investor Relations at Airiam. Lon has previously held CEO positions at TRAY and Lavu, and has also served on the Advisory Board at iNSYNQ.

Lon has a long history of successful leadership in the tech industry. Lon was instrumental in the expansion of cloud-based, B2B, SaaS, POS, and FinTech companies. Lon has a proven track record of increasing revenue, profitability, and growth. Lon has also overseen the expansion of several companies, including the relocation of Albuquerque headquarters office and the establishment of company presence in Miami and India.

Under Lon's leadership, Lavu became the world's largest restaurant mobile point-of-sale system used in 26 languages by businesses in 93 countries. Lon achieved a 360% increase in revenue (41% CAGR last 3 years) and augmented recurring revenue by 76% in 18 months. Lon also improved customer retention by 60% in the first year and over 300% in three years.

Lon's educational career began at Sachem High School. Lon then attended Carnegie Mellon University, where they earned a B.S. in Economics and an M.S. in Public Management. Finally, they attended Harvard Business School, where they earned an MBA in Business.
