Director, Client Engagement at AIRINC

Jade Chang has held various roles in the Client Engagement field since 2015. Jade began their career at AIRINC as a Client Engagement Representative and was later promoted to Senior Client Engagement Representative, Client Engagement Manager, and Associate Director of Client Engagement. In this role, they were responsible for managing direct client and third-party provider relationships, primarily within the Pharmaceutical and Banking industries. Jade was also responsible for account management and planning, identifying strategic revenue and product opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, day-to-day client service activities, identifying solutions to client's key challenges and goals, data analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and client consulting services within Global Mobility.

Prior to AIRINC, Jade Chang held roles at Boston University Internal Audit Office from 2012 to 2014. As a Financial Intern, they conducted thorough research on a multitude of ongoing projects and supported senior auditors with analysis of financial documents. As an Office Assistant, they maintained financial documents, addressed student inquiries relating to employment, and input payroll data.

In 2014, Jade Chang also held a Business Development Intern role at NuoDB, where they worked extensively in Salesforce and with the marketing team to work through the backlog of leads within the Sales department. Jade also assisted in qualifying new businesses on a daily basis with telephone calls and emails and participated in weekly team meetings and introductory calls/meetings with potential new business opportunities.

Finally, Jade Chang held a Broker Distribution Intern role at ING DIRECT Australia in 2014. In this role, they remodeled the Broker Sales and Support system through collaboration with various departments in order to streamline customer service support. Jade also analyzed call data and broker feedback for redevelopment project, which yielded efficiencies in support levels in comparison to competitors, and constructed a full end report of recommended efficiency changes.

Jade Chang attended West Linn High School before going on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University from 2011 to 2015. During their time at Boston University, they also participated in the Study Abroad Internship Program at the Boston University Sydney Academic Center in 2014.
