Stephen D'Almeida has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several roles and companies. Starting with Nelco Chakala Andheri(East) in 1992, they worked as a Senior Engineer responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the unit's multiserver Novell 3.11 LAN. Moving on to Nelco in 1992, they served as a SCADA Engineer until 1998.

In 1998, Stephen joined Digitools India (Pvt) Ltd as a Senior System Administrator, where they were responsible for maintaining the corporate infrastructure, including Windows NT server and Microsoft Exchange 5.5. Stephen successfully executed a company-wide Windows 2000 Professional upgrade solution.

From 1998 to 2003, they worked at US Interactive in multiple roles. As an IT Site Lead, they were responsible for the installation/configuration of Nokia Checkpoint firewall for worldwide offices, managing LAN/WAN installations, and designing new office infrastructure implementations. As a Senior System Administrator, they maintained computer systems and network equipment for all offices.

At BioGenex Labs from 2003 to 2005, Stephen served as a Senior Network Administrator. Stephen installed Netscreen 25 firewall, provided organization-wide desktop support, and supported Windows 2003 and Exchange 2003 Server. Stephen also managed the company's telecommunications.

From 2005 to 2009, Stephen worked as a Windows System Admin at 3PAR. Stephen effectively managed Windows Active Directory and Exchange 2003 email systems for 250 clients. Stephen conducted server backups and provided daily support for laptops and workstations.

In 2010, Stephen joined Oactel Inc as a Senior Systems Administrator. In this role, they installed and maintained IT infrastructures, including Windows Active Directory and Exchange 2007/2010. Stephen also configured VMs, Xen Server, and Symantec Bright Mail Gateway. Additionally, they administered Linux systems and utilized databases such as Oracle, Sybase, and SQL Server.

Finally, since 2011, Stephen has been working at AIRLINQ as an Operations Manager. Stephen oversees 13 datacenters across Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America. Stephen formulates contracts and secures cost-effective services across datacenter locations through effective vendor negotiations. Stephen ensures compliance with service level agreements and implements services disconnection on-time following datacenter downsizing.

Stephen D'Almeida completed their high school education from Pompie Junior College between 1986 and 1988. Afterward, they pursued a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications with a focus on Computers at Manipal Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1992.
