Director of Software Engineering at Airobotics

Guy Levin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Guy started their career in 2000 as an Instructor/Guide/Tutor for children in multiple organizations. In 2006, they joined the Israeli Air Force where they worked as a UAV/UAS flight control and investigating software and electronics engineer. Guy was responsible for developing, fixing, and maintaining systems in the electronics, software development, and mechanics fields. Guy also served as a team leader in the department and division.

In 2009, Guy joined LTi as an R&D Software Developer before moving on to work at Shalem as a software developer in 2010. Guy then became a freelancer and self-employed software developer, specializing in web applications and various technologies such as MVC, .Net, SQL servers, CSS3, HTML5, and JQuery.

In 2013, Guy joined SofixTech as an R&D Software Developer before transitioning to Airobotics in 2015. At Airobotics, they held various roles, including R&D Software Team Leader and Director of Software Engineering. Airobotics specializes in developing automated industrial drone solutions for collecting aerial data. Guy's responsibilities included leading software teams, contributing to R&D efforts, and ensuring the development of fully automatic solutions for data collection and analysis.

Additionally, Guy worked at The College of Management, where they lectured on Microsoft MCPD+MCTS+MCPS exams and designed syllabuses, presentations, and examples. Throughout their career, Guy has also engaged in voluntary work, such as guiding and tutoring children in youth movements and summer camps.

Guy Levin has a diverse education history. Guy obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Software Engineering from Afeka Academic College of Engineering. In 2004, they pursued a Practical Engineer degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at "Marom Technology" Air-Force Project. Additionally, in 2012 and 2013, Guy obtained Microsoft certifications in MCPD, MCTS, and MCPS for Microsoft .Net.

In terms of additional certifications, Guy has acquired various qualifications. Guy completed courses such as "Next.js" from Udemy in January 2023, "AI Marketing - Course 1" from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in August 2022, "Stanford Machine Learning" from Stanford Online in February 2020, and "Flutter & Dart" from Udemy in March 2019. Guy also attained certifications in fields like deep learning, image segmentation, product management, and Scrum, among others.

It is worth noting that Guy obtained multiple certifications from Think Autonomous, Udemy, and Augmented Startups, which cover topics like advanced AI, image segmentation, multi-task learning, deep reinforcement learning, artificial neural networks, and more. These certifications reflect their continued interest in expanding their knowledge and expertise in cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
