Rick Smith

Rick Smith has over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance. Rick began their career in 1995 as the West Coast Regional Accounting Manager for AMEC Environment & Infrastructure UK Limited. In 2002, they transitioned to Skanska USA Building Inc. as the Director of Accounting-Oregon. In 2011, they took on a Part Time Controller role at Disdero Lumber Co. Rick then joined Viewpoint Construction Software as a Software Consultant in 2012. In 2013, they were appointed as the Controller at Alliance Industrial Group, Inc. Rick then served as the CFO for Evergreen Power Systems, Inc., Airopath, and Evergreen Technologies, Inc. from 2014 to present.

Rick Smith obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Computer Science/Accounting from Linfield University between 1990 and 1995. Rick then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Oregon between 2008 and 2010.
