Marat Maayan

Marat Maayan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Marat is currently serving as the Chairman of the Board at Airosphera, a company that specializes in personalized air reforming solutions for indoor spaces. Prior to this, Marat founded and served as the CEO of Airovation Technologies, a firm that provides climate-tech and carbon capturing solutions for hard-to-abate industries. Marat also held a position as an Executive Board Member at ANC SENSORS.INC.

Marat's early work experience includes significant roles in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), where they served as the Head of Infantry Defense and Security, NBC Regular Battalion Commander, and Air Force EOD Commander in the Bomb Disposal Unit. Marat started their career in the IDF in 1990, specializing in EOD and IED operations, and continued serving until 2010.

Marat Maayan holds a Master's Degree in Government and Terrorism, which was obtained from Reichman University in the year 2010-2011. Prior to this, they pursued another Master's degree in Political Science and Government at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2004-2005. Marat also completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, during the academic year 2001-2002.
