David Díaz is a skilled director and consultant with extensive experience across Central America, having held regional roles in Compliance while managing operations and P&L responsibilities in Costa Rica, Guatemala, and most recently Mexico. Currently, David serves as the Country Manager for Costa Rica at AirPak, overseeing Financial, Operational, Compliance, HR, and Technology areas. Previously, David held the position of Compliance Director at Airpak Western Union from 2003 to 2008. David is pursuing a degree in Business Administration at Universidad Rafael Landivar and is also studying Digital Transformation Strategies at INCAE Business School. Additionally, David has earned an Executive MBA from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a Master of Science in Management Science from SBS Swiss Business School.
