Raphaela Hofbauer

Raphaela Hofbauer has extensive experience in product management and marketing within the travel and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director of Product Management for Card Payments and Associate Director of Product Value Added Services & Product Communication at AirPlus International since October 2018, Raphaela has also held roles including Marketing Communications Manager for Switzerland and Austria, as well as Marketing Communications & Events Manager for Germany. Prior experience includes positions at the German Convention Bureau as Manager of Marketing & Events and at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. in various roles focused on public relations and communications. Raphaela began a career in the industry with AIDA Cruises and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Tourism from Jade Hochschule, earned in 2012.
