Stefanie Houbé

Stefanie Houbé is currently the Associate Director of Human Resources at AirPlus International, where they serve as the Global Head of HR Management Consulting and Employee Experience, alongside being the International HR Business Partner. Previously, they were an HR Consultant for Executives within the Aviation Services of Lufthansa Group from 2018 to 2021 and held the position of Manager of Human Resources for Emerging Markets at LSG Group from 2014 to 2018. Stefanie also gained experience as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, from 2009 to 2013, and worked as a Recruitment Consultant at access KellyOCG GmbH from 2006 to 2009. They earned a Diplom-Wirtschaftsjuristin (FH) in Business Law from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln from 2002 to 2006.
