Simon Vacher's work experience is as follows:

- Co-founder at AirSaas since November 2020, responsible for being the driver and guarantor of the success of digital transformation. This involves listening to business needs, deploying high-value solutions, and establishing clear governance.

- COO & co-founder of IoT Valley from January 2015 to November 2020. IoT Valley is a leading European B2B ecosystem dedicated to the Internet of Things, consisting of 40 startups and 20 partners. The focus is on sharing, mutualization, and exchange, with the missions of fostering startup creation and supporting companies in their transformation.

- CTO & co-founder at Wimha from September 2012 to December 2014.

- Project Manager at SNCF (INEXIA) from August 2012 to January 2013.

Simon Vacher began their education in 2008 at Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers, where they pursued a degree in General Engineering. Simon successfully completed their studies in 2012. Additionally, in 2011, Simon participated in the Erasmus exchange program and attended the University of Deusto. During their time at Deusto, they pursued an M2 engineering degree with a specialization in Industrial Organization. Simon completed their studies at the University of Deusto in 2012.
