Daniel Ackerman

Daniel Ackerman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and quality assurance. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at Airship since September 2013, Daniel drives strategy, vision, and execution of product offerings while identifying new revenue opportunities and successfully launching innovative products such as mobile wallet, email, and SMS. Prior to Airship, Daniel was Vice President of Product Management at TopSchool, Inc., overseeing a SaaS student administrative system for higher education. Earlier career roles include Project Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and Tools & Automation Manager at RSA, The Security Division of EMC, and Quality Assurance Manager at Informix. Daniel holds an MBA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from James Madison University.
