With extensive experience in customer service and operational roles at Southwest Airlines, they have managed teams and developed training programs to enhance customer satisfaction. Keysha is also an active advocate for women in leadership, currently serving as Chairman of the Board for the Los Angeles Air Cargo Association and promoting mentorship opportunities for the next generation in the industry.
