Mailyn Avery

Mailyn Avery has a diverse work experience in IT and technical roles. Mailyn is currently the Director of IT & Data Security at Airspace since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Verve from 2014 to 2021, first as the Director of Technical Operations and then as the VP of Technical Operations. Before Verve, Mailyn was the Information Technology Manager at GenMark Diagnostics from 2012 to 2014. Mailyn also worked as an IT Systems Engineer at Total Tech Resource Corporation from 2010 to 2012. Their career started with technical support roles at Missouri State University from 2007 to 2009 and as an IT Support Engineer at the University of Duisburg-Essen from 2006 to 2007. In their positions, Mailyn has had responsibilities such as managing IT operations, implementing data security measures, and providing technical support to customers.

Mailyn Avery attended the University of Gelsenkirchen, Germany from 2003 to 2005, where they studied Computer Science and Media. Later, they studied at the University of Duisburg Essen, Germany from 2005 to 2007. Finally, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Missouri State University from 2007 to 2009.
