Michael Brady

Michael Brady has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as EVP of Strategy and Operations at Airspace since October 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of VP of Strategy & Operations at Airspace from February 2022 to October 2022. Michael also served as the Senior Director of Commercial Operations at Airspace from November 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining Airspace, Michael worked as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from July 2019 to October 2020. At BCG, they focused on strategy projects for leading B2B and B2C technology companies, including go-to-market strategy, finance transformation strategy, and digital-enabled PMI. Michael also contributed internally by helping build a vision for a center of technology thought leadership and recruiting efforts.

Prior to BCG, Michael co-founded the Present Value Podcast, where they served as the Executive Producer, Host, and Co-Founder from September 2017 to May 2019. The podcast aimed to share Cornell University's intellectual capital with the world.

Their previous experiences include working as a Technical Trainer at InterSystems from October 2012 to July 2017, teaching technical courses to clients building software solutions with InterSystems technology. Michael also worked as an eLearning Program Coordinator at Mondo from October 2011 to October 2012 and as an LSAT Instructor and Tutor at Kaplan from May 2009 to May 2010.

Michael's earliest work experience was as a WeBWorK Developer at Bucknell University from August 2008 to December 2008, where they created and developed randomized online calculus practice tests.

Michael Brady has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a Minor in Religion from Bucknell University. Michael also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with Distinction from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. Additionally, they have earned a Credential of Readiness (CORe) from Harvard Business School Online, achieving a Pass with High Honors.
