Arden Decena has extensive experience in the telecommunications field, currently serving as Technical Sales Director at Airspan Networks since September 1999, where responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team to capture opportunities and overseeing the design, building, and delivery of network architectures. Previously, Arden held positions as Project Manager and Sr. Engineer at Smart Communications Inc., and Engineer at Eastern Telecoms. In addition, Arden is an Adjunct Faculty Member at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila since January 2024. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas and ongoing studies for a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
