Idan Menahem

Idan Menahem currently serves as the Hardware Validation Team Leader at Airspan Networks, overseeing a team of six engineers since December 2017. Responsibilities include planning and executing test plans, developing automated tests using Python, and generating comprehensive test reports. Previous roles at Airspan include Hardware Validation Engineer and System Integration Engineer, where key contributions involved RF FE Bring-Up, compliance testing, and documentation of system requirements. Prior to joining Airspan, Idan served in the Israel Defense Forces, attaining the rank of Captain while developing automated testing tools and managing a team of engineers. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from Holon Institute of Technology and a Matriculation Certificate from ORT Colleges.
