Nick Pritchard

Nick Pritchard has over 25 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Nick started their career as a Manufacturing Operator at Motorola in 1993 and later became a Manufacturing Test Technician at Motorola Solutions. Nick then transitioned to the role of Systems Engineer at New Products, where they were responsible for the deployment and performance of new software in GSM and future technologies.

Pritchard joined Motorola in 1999 as a Senior Systems Engineer, where they played a key role in the integration and testing of new hardware and software for GSM/GPRS systems. Nick achieved multiple promotions during their tenure and served as a consultant to various departments within the company.

In 2006, Pritchard worked as a Customer Support Engineer at a company called 2006-2009, providing technical assistance to customers. Nick later joined Motorola GPD as a Senior New Products Introduction Systems Engineer, focusing on the introduction of new products.

Pritchard's career then led him to Nokia and Siemens Trilogy Building, where they worked as a BTS Technical Support Engineer. Nick also gained experience at Nokia Siemens Networks as a Technical Support Engineer.

In 2011, Pritchard joined Airspan Networks as a System Integration & Test Engineer. Nick quickly advanced to the role of Product Manager for Wireless Backhaul Solutions, overseeing the entire product line life cycle and conducting market research.

Pritchard's role at Airspan Networks also included being a Product Release Manager, responsible for managing the development, testing, and customer release process for new software and hardware products. Nick then transitioned to the role of Air to Ground Programme Director & Account Manager, where they planned, executed, and finalized projects while coordinating resources and ensuring project objectives were met. Currently, Pritchard holds the title of VP Connectivity in Motion at Airspan Networks, although the end date for this role is not provided.

Nick Pritchard attended Kingsdown in 1990-1991. After that, they pursued a BTEC HNC degree in Computer Systems at Swindon College. Following their time at Swindon College, they studied Electronics and earned a BTEC ONC degree at Swindon New College.
