Shailendra Kumar Gupta is a seasoned professional in real-time embedded software engineering, currently serving as a Team Leader at Airspan Networks since July 2022, focusing on 5GNR and 4G Layer 2 stack while also fulfilling the role of scrum master. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Real Time Embedded Engineer at Airspan Networks, a Staff Software Engineer at Radisys Corporation, and various leadership roles at Wipro Limited and Aricent, where Shailendra contributed significantly to 4G LTE L2 technologies. Shailendra began a career as a Software Developer at Omnesys Technologies and holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha.
