Syed Aon Mujtaba

Syed Aon Mujtaba serves as the General Manager of the Santa Clara Design Center and Senior Vice President of Engineering at Airspan Networks since November 2018, following the acquisition of Mimosa Networks, where responsibilities included managing a cross-functional team to build advanced wireless infrastructure solutions. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Mimosa Networks, where Syed led teams in developing cloud-managed wireless solutions, and significant positions at Apple, Infineon Technologies, LSI Corporation, and Bell Labs, focusing on wireless system engineering, algorithm development, and architectural advancements. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, as well as a Sc.B. (Magna cum Laude with Honors) in Electrical Engineering from Brown University.
